*Membership & Discontinuation Policy
At the Royal Peacock Studio, we believe in a fair & reputable partnership. As such, all clients may end their membership at any time, without penalty, and cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that any unused class packs or sessions are non-refundable or non-transferable.
Loyal Royal Club members have the option to pause/freeze their membership for a one-time 30 day period, at which all membership & perks/benefits will resume at the previous rate & agreement. However, once a membership is canceled, returning members must wait 30 days before the previous discounted rate and/or tier benefits become eligible again. All discounts on memberships, packages, classes, and merchandise end upon cancellation, and rejoining will be subject to the current pricing and terms at the time of return.
To cancel, please submit your request in writing (via email to info@theroyalpeacockstudio.com ) prior to your next billing date.
By enrolling in a membership or purchasing class packs at The Royal Peacock Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this Membership & Cancellation Policy.
